Graduating with a Magna Cum Laude B.S. in Leadership and Management Studies from New York University, with a concentration in International Business and Global Management, I have cultivated a diverse skill set across various industries. My journey began at Bloomingdale's, where I served as a Stock Team Lead, ensuring a visually appealing sales floor and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Transitioning to roles at The Hair Shop and Garten, I refined my customer service and leadership abilities, acting as a Senior Sales Consultant/Key Holder and Operations Office Site Lead, respectively. These roles allowed me to engage with clients, manage office operations, and lead teams. My tenure at Sloomoo Institute involved improving inventory operations by leveraging my leadership experience to implement new software systems and train staff to enhance product consistency. Currently, at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), I focus on client services, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Throughout my career, I have honed my MS Office and proprietary systems skills, developed vital customer service and leadership abilities, and improved my eye for detail. I am eager to leverage this experience in innovative Digital Healthcare, Climate Tech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS ventures. I aim to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to impactful projects.
