In my role as a Sr. Sales Consultant, I took charge of assisting clients in personalized 1:1 consultations from the moment they entered the store until they left. It was crucial to guide each client through their options, provide information on usage and installation, discuss quantity and density, and conclude with color matching. I handled multi-line phones, company emails, and social media accounts to troubleshoot client needs, address concerns, resolve product issues, and manage phone orders and warehouse order fulfillment. Daily tasks included ensuring clean, organized, safe, and easily navigable sales floors and inventory control.

As a Key Holder, I was pivotal in daily opening and closing functions. I served as the interim manager when the store and assistant managers were unavailable, overseeing up to four employees. Additionally, I managed all monthly class registrations and appointments for licensed cosmetologists and retail clients.

As Lead Register (Front Desk) and Associate Trainer, I diligently calculated register totals each morning and evening to ensure sales accuracy. I took the lead in training all new associates on P.O.S. operations, consultations, and phone and email interactions. I significantly improved client satisfaction in-store by 20% and enhanced our standard consultation speed.
