In my role as a Merchandiser, I took on the responsibility of executing seasonal Plan-O-Grams in drug stores across the city. The dynamic nature of the job required resets to be carried out at various times, including during the day, in the middle of the night, and sometimes out of town. As one of the most reliable team members in the New York area, I often assumed the responsibility of driving and transportation for overnight locations. I demonstrated leadership by frequently conducting solo resets, and throughout the entire summer season, I was entrusted with taking inventory in over 35 stores weekly. My dedication and hard work were recognized, leading to a promotion within less than a year of employment and earning multiple Employee of the Month awards.
